What is an Arborist Report for?

An arborist report is a formal written assessment by a certified arborist evaluating the health, structural integrity, and safety risks of tree(s) on your property. It provides experience and science-backed recommendations for tree care, preservation, or removal.‍ ‍
They can be customized for a single tree or multiple trees across an entire property, depending on your needs.

Arborist reports can be used for a wide range of purposes, including:
  • Municipal and county permit requirements

  • Underground utilities compromised by tree roots

  • Planning and development projects

  • Trees impacting buildings and hardscape

  • Property transactions

PCA and QAC

We have two ISA Certified Arborists on staff with over 30 years of combined experience in arboriculture and plant science. Our arborists are highly knowledgeable in tree pruning, health, pest management, and identification of tree species. The Tree Risk Assessment Qualification is the industry standard for the specialized arborist reports we provide. The TRAQ is used specifically for evaluating the likelihood of failure, potential targets (people/property), and consequences of failure.

California Licensed Pest Control Adviser (PCA)
Our PCA background enhances our approach to plant health diagnostics, disease identification, and pest-related concerns within our arborist reports. Formal written pesticide recommendations and pesticide-use prescriptions are not currently offered.
